Field Marketing Manager (Remote - Pacific/Mountain Time Zone)

Tanium is the Autonomous IT company providing real-time intelligence, agentic decision-making, and autonomous execution for IT and security operators. The Field Marketing Manager will develop regional marketing strategies, execute integrated events and campaigns, and partner with Sales to generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and optimize performance across Western and Central U.S. regions.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership with Sales: Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
• Integrated Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events
• Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage impactful regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate deal cycles
• Performance & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts
• Sales Enablement & Communication: Maintain strong alignment with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and communicate marketing priorities effectively
• Marketing Operations: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute successful events independently
• Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Execute integrated events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue
• Monitor and report on event performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
• Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up
• Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing
• Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
• Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions
• Proficiency in English
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• bilingual in English and French preferred for regional engagement in Canada
