Manager, Commercial & Architectural Markets

MITER Brands, through PGT Custom Windows + Doors, manufactures residential windows and doors and serves commercial construction professionals and customers. The Manager, Commercial & Architectural Markets will drive regional commercial sales growth, manage a large sales portfolio, develop strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company’s presence across commercial and architectural segments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a commercial sales portfolio valued at approximately $75 million annually
• Drive sales growth across the Commercial, Multi-Family, Architectural, and Luxury New Construction markets
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial project opportunities within the assigned territory
• Expand MITER Brands' position and market presence within targeted commercial and architectural segments
• Drive pull-through sales activities in partnership with Territory Sales Managers and channel partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, distributors, builders, and key customers
• Increase project specification activity and strengthen MITER Brands' presence in high-value commercial projects
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic business decisions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and project tracking
• Represent MITER Brands at industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of commercial construction, architectural, multi-family, and new construction sales environments
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business development skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customers simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of an organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools

• Experience in commercial sales, business development, account management, or territory management within the building products, construction, or related industry
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives
• Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations while delivering superior service and support
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with architects, developers, contractors, distributors, and builders
