Sales Account Manager/Beauty Brands

Londontown, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Account Manager to support national sales operations across retail and broadcast network partnerships. The role manages retailer portals, new item setup, sales and sell-through reporting, account coordination, and cross-functional operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate and maintain day-to-day activity across all independent and national retailer portals, keeping login credentials, permissions, and account settings current
• Own the end-to-end process of new item setup across every retailer portal: submitting product data, imagery, descriptions, UPCs, and pricing per each retailer's specific templates and requirements
• Track new item submissions through to live status, following up on rejections, missing data, or portal errors until resolved
• Stay current on each retailer's portal updates, deadlines, and submission requirements, flagging changes that could affect timelines
• Pull, consolidate, and maintain sales and sell-through data on a recurring cadence from every retail and broadcast channel
• Keep a clean, current master reporting view (tracker/dashboard) so channel performance is always visible at a glance
• Identify and flag performance trends, reorder needs, or underperformance by account, escalating proactively rather than waiting to be asked
• Support ad hoc reporting requests tied to retailer business reviews, forecasting, or leadership check-ins
• Support day-to-day account needs across broadcast/shopping-channel partners, which run on different scheduling and inventory rhythms than standard retail
• Coordinate show scheduling, inventory commitments, and on-air performance tracking specific to broadcast partners
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for buyer, account rep, and internal stakeholder requests across all channels
• Partner with internal operations and supply chain teams to confirm item setups align with actual product availability
• Assist with general account administration and documentation so account leadership can stay focused on strategy and growth
• Take first-pass ownership of smaller accounts over time, with a path toward greater account responsibility

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, sales operations, ideally within beauty, CPG, or a comparable consumer product category
• Demonstrated comfort working across multiple retailer portals and vendor systems; specific platform experience is a plus but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable owning processes where accuracy directly affects revenue and retailer relationships
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, with the ability to build and maintain clear, reliable sales and sell-through reports
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage competing deadlines across many accounts simultaneously
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for retailer and internal stakeholder interactions
• Prior experience with broadcast/shopping-channel account management (e.g., QVC, HSN, or similar)
• Familiarity with syndicated ratings and reviews or UGC platforms (e.g., PowerReviews, Bazaarvoice)
• Experience with retailer-specific systems such as vendor portals, EDI, or PIM tools
