Project Manager III

Jack Henry is a financial services technology company that provides solutions for community banks and credit unions. The Project Manager III will manage multiple software implementation projects for complementary products, coordinating internal resources, technical and non-technical teams, and clients to ensure successful, timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Functioning and successfully managing software installation for Jack Henry complementary products in an ever-changing and stressful environment using project management life cycle processes and procedures to meet deadlines
• Serving as a liaison between the company, technical resources, non-technical resources, and the customer to ensure a successful implementation of the project
• Creating, updating, and maintaining all implementation calendars and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time
• Monitoring and tracking all escalations to resolution
• May perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience managing projects
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with project stakeholders

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience managing IT Implementation projects
• Experience with Jack Henry products and services
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Project
