Revenue Cycle Project Manager

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in a healthcare environment. The role manages Revenue Cycle-related projects across scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Track, manage, and forecast project financials
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues as needed to maintain project objectives
• Manage project scope, resources, budget, and timelines while ensuring adherence to organizational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners
• Facilitate virtual project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions
• Drive accountability across project teams and promote timely resolution of obstacles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager
• Hands-on project management experience leading technology implementations and enhancements
• Demonstrated experience managing Revenue Cycle projects within a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, risks, and resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• General understanding of computer hardware and software systems
• degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PMI certification strongly preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Epic and/or Oracle Cerner healthcare platforms
• Experience working with healthcare operations, clinical, and business stakeholders
