Customer Success Manager

Halcyon is an AI platform for energy intelligence that helps energy professionals make faster, higher-confidence decisions. The Customer Success Manager will own and grow data subscription customer accounts by driving adoption, managing account health, supporting renewals and expansions, and providing customer feedback to Product and Data teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own a book of customer accounts and manage their health
• Drive adoption by onboarding new users, running usage reviews, and educating customers on how to maximize their use of our platform as we integrate into their workflows
• Lead expansion by identifying new customer verticals or gaps in product coverage against each customer's strategy, building the business case, and supporting revenue expansion (upsells and renewals)
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals by surfacing health risks early and co-leading renewals
• Manage monthly onboarding metrics and forecast expansion pipeline, quarterly
• Bring structured customer feedback to Product and Data teams to shape tracker roadmaps
• Help build playbooks, AI tool automations, HubSpot workflows, and processes to ensure customers succeed throughout the customer journey

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing and growing B2B accounts in energy (power and renewables), climate tech, or SaaS
• Fluency in the issues our customers work on: capital allocation, energy regulation, power generation, large-load growth, transmission, interconnection, utility tariffs and rate cases, natural gas, energy storage, advocacy
• A track record of owning and exceeding customer success metrics
• A consultative and proactive approach to understanding a customer's strategy and delivering their needs
• Comfort with data and AI tools for analyzing usage and teaching customers to find answers on our AI research platform
