Associate Operational Reporting & Data Analyst

Louisiana Blue is seeking an Associate Operational Reporting & Data Analyst to support organizational reporting operations. The role gathers and analyzes data, prepares standard and ad hoc reports, modifies existing reports and databases, monitors reporting environments, and identifies process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provides reporting ad hoc for business operations
• Monitor and send recurring reports for business area and conducts basic level testing
• Follow best practices for gathering data in order to ensure an accurate and repeatable process
• Performs modifications on existing reports based on changing business requirements
• Collects data to be later analyzed
• Monitor reporting environments for performance issues and collaborates with higher level for troubleshooting
• Review the existing reports and validate the need for existing and new reports
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of responsibilities

Requirements:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for Louisiana Blue in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support. • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, and Business Administration or related degree required
• Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience providing operational reporting required
• Must demonstrate PC skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and related software as other corporate software programs and applications
• Must demonstrate verbal and communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate information with tact, diplomacy, patience and professionalism
• Able to cohesively work in a team environment to ensure efficient and effective completion of all tasks assigned groups
• The ability to comprehend, document, calculate, visualize, and analyze are required
• Residency in or relocation to Louisiana is preferred for all positions
• Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is preferred
