Project Manager

ShrinQ Consulting Group Inc is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders and project resources, monitors progress, mitigates risks, and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception through completion
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, technology, operations, business, and other cross-functional teams
• Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables
• Track project progress, budgets, resources, and deadlines
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Manage project changes, issues, and escalations
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, internal teams, and leadership
• Manage project documentation, requirements, approvals, and records
• Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closure activities
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field
• Experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies
• Experience managing technology, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or business-process projects
• Familiarity with project budgeting and resource planning
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
