Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform

Curai Health is a mission-driven healthcare company using artificial intelligence and clinical expertise to make care more affordable, accessible, and effective. The Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform will build and own web, measurement, and data integration systems that help people discover Curai Health and find care. The role includes developing web features and APIs, implementing tracking and analytics, building data models and dashboards, and improving performance and data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Turning priorities from marketing into scoped engineering projects
• Define funnel events, implement client and server side tracking, and reconcile conversion data with warehouse reporting
• Build SQL models and dashboards to examine cost per visit and cohort behavior
• Support the build pipeline and ClickHouse data behind our MTA tooling
• Designing, building, and maintaining web features and the APIs and data flows supporting them
• Investigating site performance, conversion, and data quality issues, then shipping improvements
• Reviewing code, improving tests and monitoring, and making technical decisions with the broader engineering team

Requirements:

• 4+ years building and maintaining production software, with substantial ownership of web applications, from design, to delivery, to continued iteration
• Strong experience with Javascript or Typescript, and a modern web framework such as React and Next.js
• Experience with shipping fast, accessible landing pages and funnel experiences, including bulk publishing workflows
• SQL fluency and comfort working with warehouse data
• A track record of owning production event tracking and measurement, including defining events, instrumenting web and backend systems, validating attribution, and debugging data quality across systems
• Solid judgement about web performance, accessibility, testing, and handling sensitive data
• You should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of CS fundamentals
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Statsig, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly, or experience building one
• Experience working with customer data platforms such as Segment, Ours Privacy
• Lifecycle tools such as Customer.io
• Experience with technical SEO and publishing content
• Have designed experiments or proven record of improving conversion through A/B tests
• LLM application experience - streaming, tool calling, eval driven iteration
• Experience working with healthcare data (CDA/CCD/FHIR) is a definite plus
