Agile Project Manager

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider serving commercial and government initiatives across the United States. The Agile Project Manager will deliver multiple Agile projects, remove blockers, define product roadmaps with Product Owners, translate roadmaps into user stories, prioritize backlogs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure quality through testing.

Responsibilities:

• The Agile Project Manager will deliver multiple Agile projects and remove blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Defines the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translates this into user stories. Prioritizes the user stories within the product backlog. Manages a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved

Requirements:

• Must possess a Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation
• U.S. Citizenship
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Must currently hold a PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile/project management certification
• Undergraduate degree required
• Relevant degree fields may include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology
• Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories
• Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience with testing to ensure quality levels
