Business Analyst- Associate Director(Data Integration & Commercial Analytics)

KMK Consulting Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst at the Associate Director level for a life sciences and pharmaceutical data integration initiative. The role will connect workstreams, lead requirements and alignment, partner on data integration design, identify risks and dependencies, support testing and reporting impacts, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of a large‑scale data integration program
• Develop a strong understanding of data sources, business processes, and analytics workflows
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and cross‑functional alignment
• Partner with technical teams on data mapping, harmonization, and integration design
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across workstreams
• Support testing, validation, and downstream reporting impacts
• Provide clear communication and updates across stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years in life sciences, with experience in data strategy or commercial analytics
• Strong knowledge of pharma commercial datasets (sales, claims, CRM/Veeva, SP/HUB, payer, etc.)
• Experience with large‑scale data integrations or migrations
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Background in data governance or enterprise data architecture
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast‑moving environments
• Consulting experience preferred
