Creative Marketing Manager

Zest Health is a virtual dermatology clinic focused on making care for chronic dermatologic conditions more accessible, effective, and affordable. The Creative Marketing Manager will own the design and creative execution of marketing and sales-facing assets, including web development, while building and maintaining brand standards and supporting both B2B and B2C marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design and creative production across marketing and sales assets, including websites, landing pages, brochures, flyers, slide decks, direct mail, etc
• Lead the front-end build and maintenance of web and landing pages, translating designs into functioning, responsive pages
• Establish, document, and lead the brand identity and visual standards for Zest Health, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and channel
• Keep the brand system agile and adaptable, evolving guidelines as the company's positioning, offerings, or audience needs shift, rather than treating brand standards as fixed
• Develop a genuine, working understanding of both the B2B and B2C sides of the Zest Health business, including how each audience thinks, buys, and engages
• Differentiate design and digital experience strategy accordingly: recognizing that B2B digital real estate (for example, partner- and provider-facing materials) and B2C digital real estate (for example, patient-facing web and campaign assets) require distinct tone, structure, and user journeys, and applying that distinction consistently across all creative output
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and clinical stakeholders to understand campaign goals, audience segments, and messaging priorities, and translate those into design decisions
• Apply marketing fundamentals to design choices: thinking about conversion, hierarchy, funnel stage, and audience psychology, not just visual polish
• Manage multiple concurrent design requests and projects, prioritizing based on business impact and deadlines
• Lay the groundwork for future scale, including documentation, templates, and systems that would allow a future team to onboard smoothly

• • 3+ years of experience in a marketing design role with exposure to both brand and digital or web execution
• • Demonstrated experience designing for marketing outcomes: campaigns, landing pages, funnels, or lead generation assets, not solely brand or editorial design
• • Experience working across both B2B and B2C contexts, with the ability to articulate how design and messaging strategy should differ between the two
• • Working proficiency in HTML and CSS sufficient to build and edit responsive web and landing pages independently
• • Experience owning or contributing meaningfully to a brand identity system at a company or for a major client
• • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with marketing and business stakeholders to interpret briefs and ask the right clarifying questions
• • Comfort working independently, managing your own workload and deadlines
• • Ability to work hybrid from our DC office or remote from the Eastern Timezone

• • Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry is a plus but not required
