Group Product Manager – GRC & RMIS

Meds Talent LLC is hiring a senior Group Product Manager for GRC & RMIS. This role will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and product leadership across a growing suite of solutions, while partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities
• Translate customer, market, competitive, and technology insights into product strategy
• Drive products from vision through execution and measurable outcomes
• Partner with customers to understand pain points and market needs
• Monitor product KPIs and business metrics
• Collaborate with Design, Architecture, Marketing, and Business teams
• Champion responsible and effective use of AI across the product development lifecycle

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in GRC or RMIS
• Product Management, Product Ownership, or closely related product experience
• Strong understanding of GRC/RMIS market dynamics, buyer needs, and competitive positioning
• Proven ability to take product vision through execution
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Travel: Up to 20%
