Product Manager - Residential Home Energy Storage

EcoFlow develops portable power products, solar technology, and smart home energy solutions for residential users. The Regional Product Manager - Residential will analyze regional users, regulations, industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and drive differentiated EMS software product development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the regional user group profile, clarify the positioning of the product's target audience and the pain points of core users, and in combination with the technological trends of the EMS industry, support the discovery of new opportunities and the development of differentiated software solutions
• Continuously monitor regional policies and industry regulations, identify new opportunities arising from policy changes; clarify compliance requirements such as product safety regulations and market access, and assist in promoting compliant sales of products in target markets
• Continuously track regional industry trends and competing product dynamics, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of solutions from the perspective of the combination of EMS technology implementation and software solutions, refine differentiated selling points for the marketing end, and provide competitive dimension inputs for PDT product development
• Through channels such as distributors, customer interviews, user research, VOC data analysis, regional sales, and customer service, collect and analyze regional product and technology requirements, and drive requirement assessment, implementation, and closed-loop acceptance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering, automation, or other related fields
• Over 6 years of work experience in software products
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to independently communicate with overseas clients and conduct requirement interviews as a working language
• Possess strong user insight and data analysis capabilities, and be familiar with the entire process of software products from requirements research to implementation
• Good XFN communication and coordination skills, as well as project promotion capabilities
• with majors in computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering, automation, or other related fields preferred
• with a background in the energy industry's EMS preferred
