AI Product Manager

MCI is a tech-enabled business services company delivering customer experience, business process outsourcing, and cloud technology solutions. The AI Product Manager will drive the strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products by coordinating with business, engineering, AI, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives
• Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
• Align product objectives with business goals
• Define product success metrics and KPIs
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products
• Gather and prioritize product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams
• Drive product development and release planning
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Build strong relationships across the organization
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams
• Gather customer feedback and business requirements
• Present recommendations to leadership stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities and expectations
• Monitor product effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Analyze product performance and user adoption
• Track business outcomes and ROI
• Recommend enhancements and new capabilities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure AI products remain competitive, compliant, and responsible
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends
• Support governance and compliance initiatives
• Promote responsible AI practices
• Contribute to AI product strategy discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience
• Experience managing technology, software, or digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Experience developing product roadmaps and business cases
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience defining and measuring product success metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
• This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
• The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
• The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation products
• Product certifications such as CSPO or PSPO
• Experience working within SaaS environments
• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• MBA or postgraduate business qualification
• Experience managing enterprise technology products
• Exposure to Generative AI initiatives
