Forward Deployed Product Manager

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by a Composable CDP that helps marketing teams leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The Forward Deployed Product Manager will bridge customer needs and the evolving product by guiding customers through AI capabilities, managing pilots, training users, and informing the technical roadmap through close partnership with Engineering, Product, and Design.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet with customers to proactively uncover additional tasks and workflows that can be automated within our platform
• Conduct deep discovery by drilling down into customer problems to validate their impact and design solutions using our AI products
• Manage pilot programs with strong project management skills to successfully guide deals to closure
• Train and onboard customers, providing the extreme hands-on guidance they need to navigate cutting-edge tools
• Relay exceptionally clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to the EPD teams when customers face blockers

Requirements:
