Senior Data Integrity Analyst

Genstone is the holding company within The Fay Group, providing property services solutions to homeowners and real estate investment services to institutional clients nationwide. The Senior Data Integrity Analyst oversees the design, implementation, governance, and operation of the organization's Doc-to-Data solution, including data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and quality control for mortgage loan data. The role supports document-to-data operations across acquisitions, servicing transfers, due diligence, collateral management, and asset management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve data quality and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, governance, and operational oversight of the organization's Doc-to-Data solution
• This role is responsible for executing data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and quality control activities that help ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of mortgage loan data throughout the asset lifecycle
• The position serves as a key resource for Document-to-Data operations, supporting processes related to portfolio acquisitions, servicing transfers, due diligence reviews, collateral management and ongoing Asset Management activities
• The role collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, custodians and servicing partners to identify data issues, improve operational processes, enhance data quality and support scalable business operations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, collateral management, loan boarding, document management, quality control or data validation experience
• Experience reviewing mortgage loan documents and data tapes
• Experience supporting servicing transfers, acquisitions, due diligence, or asset management operations
• Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mortgage Banking or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of years of education and mortgage industry experience
• Previous experience with OCR, document automation, or document extraction technologies is highly desirable
