Regional Account Manager (Opticians for Outside Sales)

Rolf Spectacles is an internationally recognized eyewear brand focused on innovation, sustainability, craftsmanship, and exceptional design. The Regional Account Manager will grow sales throughout the Northeast by developing new accounts, managing customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and executing territory business plans with independent eye care professionals and optical retailers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales throughout the assigned territory
• Identify and open new accounts through strategic prospecting and cold outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent eye care professionals and optical retailers
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Deliver training and education on Rolf products, materials, and brand philosophy
• Develop account growth strategies and execute territory business plans
• Provide exceptional customer support and account management
• Maintain territory activity, customer information, and reporting through company systems
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of successful outside sales experience (optical industry experience preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze opportunities and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
