Data Analyst

Dynamic Business Intelligence Resources, LLC helps agencies and businesses transform data into actionable insights through data management, analytics, reporting, visualization, governance, and cloud migration services. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, organize, and model data; conduct statistical analyses; create dashboards and reports; present actionable findings; and collaborate on data governance and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
• Build and maintain data models
• Perform statistical and analytical assessments to identify trends and patterns
• Creating dashboards and reports
• Developing visualizations
• Presenting findings in ways that are understandable and actionable for stakeholders
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members
• Supporting data governance initiatives
• Contributing to continuous improvement of data processes and analytics capabilities

Requirements:

• Should be able to obtain a federal clearance or currently hold one
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience for interpreting complex data and generating insights
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Statistics to design analyses, validate results, and support evidence-based recommendations
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain findings to stakeholders and collaborate across teams
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data in support of reporting, visualizations, and advanced analytics
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial
• Familiarity with data management, data governance practices, and cloud-based data platforms is an advantage
