The Business Technology Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of business technology solutions that support organizational operations at the client. This position manages business application platforms, including user access, licensing, subscriptions, solution configuration, documentation, and training to ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes. Working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders, the Business Technology Administrator identifies opportunities to optimize technology, implements enhancements, develops and maintains documentation, and provides training and guidance that promotes effective adoption and consistent use of enterprise platforms. This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for assigned business technology solutions and plays a key role in driving technology adoption, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
