Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Topcoder is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered customer experience solutions using Gemini Customer Experience for enterprise customers and Google Cloud teams. The role focuses on conversational AI, agent architectures, secure enterprise integrations, production deployment, customer collaboration, and mentoring client teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered customer experience solutions using Gemini CX, including agent architectures, agentic workflows, and multimodal AI applications
• Build, configure, and deploy conversational agents, virtual assistants, and orchestrated agentic workflows in production environments
• Develop secure integrations between Gemini CX and enterprise systems, applications, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
• Design and implement secure API architectures and integration patterns, including telecom legacy system integrations and user authentication protocols
• Build custom tooling, automation frameworks, orchestration workflows, and deployment accelerators to accelerate customer implementations
• Develop data pipelines, telemetry, monitoring, and observability capabilities for deployed solutions
• Collaborate with customer engineering, product, and business teams to translate business requirements into production-ready solutions
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize solution performance in production environments
• Partner with Google Cloud and solution delivery teams on architecture and deployment strategy
• Support customer workshops, solution design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts
