Search Marketing Manager

Seeker is a modern agency specializing in performance and creative marketing, particularly in the multifamily space. The Search Marketing Manager plans, executes, and optimizes search-focused campaigns, manages paid search initiatives, analyzes performance, collaborates on messaging and landing pages, and reports insights to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and optimizing search-focused marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic and leads
• Managing paid search initiatives, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance data, and adjusting campaigns to meet client goals and ROAS targets
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging, landing pages, and offers with search strategies
• Preparing clear performance reports and insights for clients
• Monitoring trends in search marketing and multifamily advertising to recommend new opportunities and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience managing Paid Search Campaigns and Paid Media Advertising with a focus on performance and ROI
• Strong background in Digital Marketing, including strategy development and cross-channel integration
• Proficiency in Keyword Research and Web Analytics tools to inform targeting, optimization, and reporting
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings clearly to internal teams and clients
• Familiarity with search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with multifamily, real estate, or related verticals is a plus
