Sales Account Manager

Intero Integrity provides inspection, industrial, and environmental services and develops technology for the energy industry. The Sales Account Manager will sell in-line inspection technology using robotic Magnetic Flux Leakage tools to natural gas utility customers, develop new and existing accounts, manage the full sales process, and coordinate successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build new relationships with natural gas utility customers and grow business from existing key accounts to hit our growth targets
• Map and penetrate accounts to connect with decision makers and influencers
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers from first conversation through project delivery
• Prepare proposals and financial justifications and respond to requests for quotes promptly and professionally
• Lead post-project review meetings to check in on client experience and satisfaction
• Work closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and Data Analysis to make sure every deal you close turns into a project delivered well
• Keep the Intero CRM (Salesforce) up to date and report progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Represent Intero professionally within the industry, with clients, competitors, regulators, and industry peers
• Every account you grow strengthens the trust our technology depends on, and every handover you manage well sets our Operations team up to deliver what you promised

Requirements:

• ILI experienced person 3 – 5 years in this industry
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, both winning new accounts and growing existing ones
• A proven ability to move prospects through a full sales process
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually
• Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience selling pipeline inspection
• A track record selling to natural gas utilities in the USA
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• A post-secondary degree or diploma
