Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience

Lime is a global shared micromobility company building shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation solutions. The Lead Product Manager will enhance the rider experience across Lime’s mobile app and customer-facing platforms by leading product strategy, development, optimization, and lifecycle management. The role also involves using customer insights, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and AI to create simpler and more personalized rider experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience that makes it easy to get started on Lime and want to keep coming back
• Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction
• Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis
• Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
• Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences
• Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution

Requirements:

• This position may require occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role
• This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams
• • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment
• • Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products. Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a big plus
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• • Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve how you build products
• • Experience building AI-powered consumer products or experiences is a plus
• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
