Artificial Intelligence Engineer

NoFrixion is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to build infrastructure, tools, and agent harnesses that enable engineering and operational workflows to happen autonomously. The role focuses on developing LLM-based systems for autonomous quality assurance, issue investigation, engineering automation, developer tooling, and other agent-driven workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements and expected behaviour from tickets and other context
• Navigate and interact with our applications
• Validate features, bug fixes and end-to-end scenarios
• Explore the product and proactively identify regressions
• Inspect APIs, application state and data when investigating issues
• Generate the data and tools needed to exercise realistic scenarios
• Capture evidence and clearly communicate findings
• Investigate reported problems and gather context about what happened and why
• You will build the tools, context, interfaces and feedback loops that allow agents to perform these workflows reliably
• Beyond QA, you will contribute to shared agent infrastructure, engineering automation, developer tooling and other opportunities to turn repetitive manual processes into autonomous workflows
