Remote Customer Service Associate | Career Opportunity

AO Globe Life provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions to working families. The Remote Customer Service Associate/Client Success Specialist builds client relationships, explains insurance benefits, supports enrollment and policy servicing, and provides ongoing customer assistance through virtual and phone interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
• Guide members through the enrollment process
• Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs

• Experience in customer service, client success, customer support, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required
• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
