Product Designer

RXNT is a healthcare technology company seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and accessible user experiences for its products. The role involves user research, interface design, prototyping, design system maintenance, and collaboration with product managers and engineers to address the needs of healthcare users and administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for RXNT products
• Advocate for accessibility and usability across product experiences
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
• Support go-to-market materials with design assets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• • 4+ years of product design experience; experience in healthcare
• • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications
• • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• • Understanding of user-centered design principles
• • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field required
• • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
• • Reliable internet connection
• • Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
