Sales Representative / Sales Executive Senior, Retirement

FIS is a financial services and technology company that provides retirement solutions for financial institutions, plan sponsors, retirement administrators, and advisors. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, developing account plans, driving revenue growth, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and FIS.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, and lead growth strategies for assigned client relationships to increase account penetration with a long-term, multi-year focus
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio
• Serve as the primary liaison between your clients and FIS, ensuring alignment with client strategy and expectations

Requirements:

• • General knowledge of retirement solutions and/or retirement technology, including systems, applications, and plan administration practices
• • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executive leadership
• • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• • Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements
• • Ability to remain composed under pressure
• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• • Proven track record of successful sales achievement
• • Strong understanding of FIS Retirement Solutions products and services
