Video & Social Media Marketing Apprentice

Acadium offers a three-month remote apprenticeship in which the apprentice supports digital marketing work for a participating business. The role focuses on video editing, social media content and management, outreach, public relations, and audience growth.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on frontline video editing and marketing
• Manage and support social media content and activities
• Create graphics, captions, and engaging social media content
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Support community engagement and audience growth
• Assist with U.S.-based outreach and relationship building
• Help build brand trust through public relations and communications
• Research and reach out to potential speakers and guests
• Assist with speaker outreach and coordination for monthly live episodes
• Write short-form and long-form video content
• Create copy for newsletters and other marketing materials
• Edit both short-form and long-form videos

Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in social media marketing and content creation
• Basic video editing skills for short- and long-form content
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative, proactive, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro , or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable with U.S.-based outreach, PR, and community engagement
