Salesforce Project Manager

Helpstone is a consulting and technology company focused on helping staffing and recruiting firms get more value from Salesforce and emerging technology. The company is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements, coordinate delivery teams, manage project health, and support estimating, pre-sales, and delivery planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Salesforce consulting projects from kickoff through completion
• Maintain visibility into scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and next steps
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal delivery teams
• Surface issues early and help drive them to resolution
• Coordinate work across consultants, developers, QA, and client teams
• Support resource planning across active and upcoming projects
• Help develop project estimates, timelines, staffing plans, and assumptions
• Support SOW development and sales-to-delivery handoffs
• Compare estimated versus actual effort and help improve estimating over time
• Use AI and automation to reduce administrative work and improve delivery visibility

Requirements:

• Experience managing technology consulting or implementation projects
• Comfortable with SOWs, scope management, budgets, estimates, timelines, and change management
• Enough Salesforce knowledge to follow technical conversations and ask good questions
• Experience contributing to estimating, scoping, or pre-sales work
• Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through
• Able to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative consulting environment
• Curious about AI and willing to rethink traditional PM work as tools improve
• Prior Salesforce SI experience strongly preferred
