Project Manager

MOJO | Creative Digital is a creative digital agency specializing in website, mobile application, and digital creative production. The Project Manager coordinates clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership while managing concurrent digital, marketing, design, development, and content projects to ensure they remain on schedule, within scope, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from discovery and planning through launch and post-delivery support
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
• Create and maintain detailed project plans within project management software such as Asana
• Ensure all project tasks are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or resource conflicts
• Maintain accountability for project timelines, deliverables, and overall quality
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, content creators, strategists, and vendors
• Ensure projects stay within approved scope and budget parameters
• Manage project changes, revisions, and scope adjustments effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead kickoff meetings, status meetings, and project review sessions
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic communication
• Set and manage realistic client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, revisions, and project outcomes
• Gather project requirements, creative assets, feedback, and approvals from clients
• Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams
• Provide consistent project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Handle client concerns and problem resolution professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate workloads and project priorities across multiple departments
• Collaborate with leadership to allocate resources effectively
• Support and guide team members to ensure tasks are completed successfully
• Facilitate communication between creative, technical, and marketing teams
• Ensure team members have the information and tools needed to execute projects efficiently
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and workflow efficiency across teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation, communication records, timelines, and approvals
• Implement and improve project management processes and operational workflows
• Monitor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met before client delivery
• Assist in developing internal systems, SOPs, and workflow optimizations
• Conduct project audits and post-project evaluations when necessary
• Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, and operational planning

Requirements:

• • 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, digital agency, or related environment
• • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• • Experience working with creative, marketing, web development, or technical teams
• • Strong understanding of digital marketing and website development workflows
• • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms
• • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• • Experience managing SEO, GEO, web design/development, branding, or AI-related projects
• • Familiarity with website CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar
• • Basic understanding of website hosting environments, domains, DNS, and deployment workflows
• • Familiarity with podcast production workflows and digital content publishing
• • Experience working with CRM systems and client communication platforms
