Director of Project Management

Cintar Group is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead its Project Management function. The role oversees strategic and complex project planning, execution, governance, portfolio management, resource allocation, budgeting, risk mitigation, performance management, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and operating standards
• Translate organizational objectives into executable project plans and priorities
• Establish project management frameworks, processes, templates, and best practices
• Ensure project initiatives are aligned with business goals and strategic priorities
• Continuously improve project management capabilities across the organization
• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and programs
• Establish project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
• Monitor project progress and address execution challenges and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, schedule, and quality standards
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize competing business requirements
• Establish and maintain Project Management Office (PMO) governance frameworks
• Develop project review processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements
• Implement project stage-gate and approval processes
• Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies
• Provide executive-level visibility into portfolio status, risks, and performance
• Develop project resource plans and capacity requirements
• Allocate personnel and resources based on project priorities and business needs
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance
• Partner with Finance and department leaders on project investment planning
• Optimize resource utilization and identify potential capacity constraints
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and critical dependencies
• Establish risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Monitor project issues, escalations, and corrective actions
• Ensure timely resolution of high-impact project challenges
• Communicate significant project risks and business impacts to senior leadership
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and communication structures
• Facilitate project meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder updates
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for project delivery
• Monitor schedule adherence, budget performance, quality, resource utilization, and project outcomes
• Develop project dashboards and executive reporting
• Conduct project post-mortems and lessons-learned reviews
• Implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and predictability
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing Project Managers and Program Managers
• Establish career paths, competency frameworks, and performance standards
• Provide coaching and guidance on project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Develop future project management leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 20+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Operations, or related functions
• 10+ years of management or senior project leadership experience
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and high-value projects
• Demonstrated experience managing project portfolios, budgets, resources, timelines, and risks
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
