Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing

Aliaswire is a fintech and payments company providing receivables and payment solutions. The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will lead integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth, while managing campaigns, email workflows, performance reporting, and data-driven optimization. The role partners closely with marketing, sales, product, client services, and external agencies to drive revenue impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across email, digital, social, paid media, events and partner marketing
• Build and optimize email marketing workflows, nurture sequences and segmented campaigns in Hubspot. Maintain accurate marketing data and manage target lists
• Own campaign performance end-to-end—from strategy to execution to reporting—with a focus on revenue impact. Own the campaign calendar and a disciplined go-to-market schedule
• Partner with our digital agency to track and report on campaign and channel effectiveness, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and ROI. Analyze funnel friction points and implement data-driven optimizations through A/B testing
• Stay current on the industry, our product capabilities, competitive landscape and target audience
• Collaborate across the sales, product and client services divisions
• Use GTM tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, enterprise Claude, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Nooks, Canva

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with deep experience and a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
• Deep expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, AI platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign analytics, conversion optimization, and performance reporting
• Experience with paid media channels including LinkedIn
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
