Sage PSA Project Manager

Fulcrum Reliability Systems is seeking an organized and experienced Sage PSA Project Manager to oversee the effective use and administration of Sage Professional Services Automation across projects and operations. The role manages project setup, resources, time tracking, project financials, reporting, system data, user support, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project setup, budgets, schedules, resources, and project information within Sage PSA
• Monitor project progress, hours, costs, and profitability
• Maintain Sage PSA project, employee, client, and billing information
• Ensure system data is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Monitor employee time entries, project costs, expenses, and billing information
• Identify and resolve discrepancies affecting project reporting and financials
• Generate project, financial, and utilization reports for management
• Provide training and support to employees using Sage PSA and assist with process improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Sage PSA or similar professional services/project management software
• Experience with project management, project accounting, time tracking, and project financials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with project management, accounting, and company leadership
