Customer Service Assistant

Celestica is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to serve as an initial point of contact for customers. The role involves responding to enquiries, resolving issues, supporting orders and accounts, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Listen carefully to customers and understand what they need before offering a solution
• Handle questions, complaints, and requests in a friendly and professional way
• Help customers with orders, bookings, accounts, payments, or general information as required
• Follow up on customer issues to make sure they are properly resolved
• Keep customer information and records accurate and up to date
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments when an issue needs further support
• Let the team know about recurring customer concerns or feedback that could help improve our service
• Carry out general administrative tasks that support the customer service team
