Product Manager

Ingenuity Staffing is recruiting a Product Manager for an unnamed retirement services firm transforming into a financial technology company. The role owns products end to end, from discovery and roadmap development through launch and optimization, with a focus on customer adoption, business outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams through influence.

Responsibilities:

• Own product vision and an outcome-based roadmap balancing customer value, business impact, and risk
• Lead customer discovery and validate opportunities with research and data
• Write clear epics, user stories, and requirements for agile delivery teams
• Define success metrics before launch, then track adoption and performance after
• Present decision-ready recommendations to product and executive leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years in retirement services or at a company building retirement industry software (recordkeeping, TPA, distributions, plan administration)
• 2+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS product management
• A track record taking digital products from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong data judgment and confident executive presentation skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and explicit tradeoffs
• Proactive communicator
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
• Fintech Product Owner or Business Analyst background
• UX experience
• CSPO, SAFe, or Pragmatic certification
• Jira, Confluence, and Figma
