[Direct Sales] Account Executive

Xplor provides cloud-based technology and payment solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses manage and grow their operations. The Account Executive will sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, educate business owners, close deals, and independently build a portfolio through prospecting and face-to-face sales.

Responsibilities:

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training

Requirements:

• • A natural communicator and closer
• • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
• • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
• • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
• • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

• You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region

• • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
