Program Manager - Product Implementation Projects

Blue Yonder is seeking a Program Manager to lead product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources, and communicates progress and issues to stakeholders while ensuring solutions are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with technical development leads and cross-functional teams across geographical locations to plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets
• Deliver value propositions to customers defined within the scope of the program
• Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers
• Work closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Develop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
• Supply Chain industry experience is required
• Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution for internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in managing Planning and Execution Solutions
• Experience in WMS and TMS in Automotive industry
• Experience with program management, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• advanced degrees are preferred
