Kearney Senior Business Analyst, Strategic Operations (SOP) Plan Tower

Kearney is a global consulting firm that provides clients with practical advice and guidance. The Senior Business Analyst will support the growth of the Strategic Operations practice by helping clients define and implement strategies, with a focus on supply chain, planning, inventory management, and planning technology transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment
• Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
• Demand Forecasting
• Distribution requirements planning
• Rough cut capacity planning
• Inventory Management
• SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
• E2E Planning Transformation
• Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)

Requirements:

• Have functional experience in one or more of the following areas: 
• Supply chain/ Logistics planning
• Demand planning
• Supply planning
• Materials planning
• Inventory planning
• Capacity planning
• Master Production Scheduling
• Sales Planning and Customer Logistics
• Business/ Long term network capacity planning
• Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
• Demand Forecasting
• Distribution requirements planning
• Rough cut capacity planning
• Inventory Management
• SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
• E2E Planning Transformation
• Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
• Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Candidates must reside within a reasonable commutable distance of one of the following Kearney office locations: New York, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., or Detroit
• This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs
