Customer Service Representative

Credit Solutions provides Extended Business Office solutions, bad debt recovery, and account resolution services throughout the United States. The Healthcare Customer Service Representative assists patients with navigating the billing process, resolving medical balances, negotiating and collecting payments, and addressing billing issues while providing empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in resolving their medical balances so they can focus on the healing process
• Over the phone, you actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments
• Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success
• And, when challenging situations arise, you continue to offer excellent customer service as you resolve their billing issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in healthcare billing and finance
• Understanding of HIPAA
• Ability to learn new software quickly
