Senior Product Manager - Facilities Platform

Arbiter powers technology for school athletics and activities across the country. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for facilities and operational workflows, partnering with schools, districts, and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes customer discovery, SaaS product leadership, measurable business results, and practical application of AI to improve operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for facilities and operational workflows
• Partner directly with schools and districts to understand scheduling, maintenance, resource, and process challenges
• Lead customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market validation
• Translate operational needs into clear product priorities and differentiated solutions
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver results
• Develop business cases and recommendations that guide investment decisions
• Measure adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, and revenue impact
• Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, planning, prioritization, and decision-making
• Apply AI to product discovery, customer insights, prototyping, and execution
• Identify where AI can create measurable customer and business value
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities against real customer problems and business opportunities
• Bring specific examples of how you have used AI to improve outcomes, speed, or quality
• Apply AI to improve scheduling, resource utilization, maintenance workflows, process automation, and operational decision-making

Requirements:

• AI fluency require
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
• A track record of owning product strategy and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes
• Strong customer discovery, strategic thinking, prioritization, and product judgment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
• Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls
• Have an internet connection that's adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down
• Experience in facilities management, facility scheduling, maintenance management, work order systems, CMMS platforms, or operational software
• Experience serving K-12 schools, districts, higher education, municipalities, or public-sector organizations
• Experience with Brightly, SchoolDude, FMX, Facilitron, or similar platforms
• Experience modernizing established software products or launching new SaaS offerings
• Experience in athletics, sports technology, athletic administration, education technology, or adjacent markets
