Outreach & Marketing Growth Intern

Nudgeo is an AI citation engineering platform focused on GEO/AEO that helps brands improve how they are cited and represented by AI-powered search engines and assistants. The Outreach & Marketing Growth Intern will identify partnership and sales opportunities, conduct personalized outreach, manage pipeline activity, and support partnership and sales conversations while helping shape go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing partnership and sales opportunities for Nudgeo
• Building target lists, crafting the initial message, and opening conversations that lead to real partnerships
• Researching companies and agencies that fit our profile, identifying the right people to contact, and conducting personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn
• Manage responses, coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate records throughout the pipeline, and help prepare materials for partnership and sales conversations
• Help shape the targeting strategy for their assigned segment
• Sit in on partnership and sales meetings alongside a co-founder

Requirements:

• • Demonstrated initiative in reaching out to unfamiliar contacts to achieve an objective
• • Proficiency with spreadsheets, including the ability to organize, filter, and summarize data independently
• • Comfort using AI tools in a daily production workflow — drafting, summarizing, and research
• • Strong written English, particularly in professional email
• • High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-dependent work
• • Resilience in the face of low response rates
• • Professional fluency in Korean, as you will collaborate daily with our product team
• • Currently residing in the United States
• • Minimum two semesters remaining before graduation
• • Background in business, economics, information sciences, communications, or a related field
• • Interest in consulting, business development, or corporate strategy
• • Familiarity with prospecting or CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• • Experience presenting research findings in a structured format
• • Involvement in consulting, sales, or business-focused student organizations
