Events and Marketing Manager

Talently is hiring on behalf of a client pioneering AI- and computer vision-powered parking and traffic management solutions for cities and airports. The Marketing and Event Coordinator will own field marketing initiatives, event execution, content creation, and sales enablement assets, including event logistics, social media, marketing calendars, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute industry conferences, client dinners, and hosted events (3 to 4 major events, 4 to 5 regional events, and 2 customer events annually) from concept to post-event follow-up
• Take ownership of event logistics including booth design, swag, staffing, registration, travel coordination, and ROI tracking
• Create compelling content including one-pagers, case studies, buying guides, blog posts, and sales enablement assets tailored for city and airport buyers
• Manage social media cadence across LinkedIn and other channels, collaborating with the team on messaging and positioning
• Maintain the marketing calendar and project tracker to support webinars, product demos, and customer presentations
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners while continuously suggesting improvements to event participation and marketing operations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or specialist roles
• Proven experience planning and executing field events and managing event logistics
• Hands-on content creation experience drafting social copy, videos, and sales enablement assets
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proactive self-starter who owns projects independently without direct supervision
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, and LinkedIn
• Willingness to travel for 6 to 8 events per year throughout the United States
• Experience in B2B ABM marketing, preferably in regulated industries such as insurance, pharmaceuticals, or fintech
