Note: It is a developer role who has also work on production side.

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions
• Resolve Level 3 ServiceNow incidents
• Design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements
• Ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices

The ideal candidate will have:

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills
• Experience with REST API integrations
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow code
• Experience managing stories in Jira
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support
