Partner Marketing Manager

Tipalti is an AI-powered finance automation platform that helps global businesses streamline accounts payable, payouts, procurement, expenses, and other finance operations. The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, manage the Market Development Funds program, lead campaigns and events, and measure performance to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Own partner activation programs for Tipalti's strategic partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing initiatives
• Build annual joint marketing plans with key partners, aligning on business goals, campaign calendars, and investment
• Manage Tipalti's Market Development Funds (MDF) program, including planning, approvals, budget management, execution, and ROI reporting
• Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns
• Lead joint webinars end-to-end, including content development, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and follow-up
• Plan and execute partner events, including executive dinners, regional events, and partner activities at industry conferences
• Build strong relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute joint initiatives
• Partner with Alliances leadership to prioritize investments across the highest-value partners and align marketing efforts to revenue goals
• Track program performance and report on partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and campaign pipeline

Requirements:

• 5+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related industry
• Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable business results
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise communication style
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mentality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is a plus
• Experience building AI-powered workflows to multiply output across campaigns, content, research, and reporting
