Field Marketing Manager - Federal

Cyera is a data security platform company reinventing how businesses secure and use data in the cloud era. The Field Marketing Manager will execute field and channel marketing programs, events, and regional campaigns to drive demand, build pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support sales and account management teams. The role also manages regional budgets, partner marketing plans, event logistics, performance measurement, and integrated content programs.

Responsibilities:

• Actively support quality pipeline development and brand awareness within region through field and channel marketing programs, events, and campaigns
• Develop pipeline generation programs for large enterprise accounts
• Create and deliver integrated marketing programs for target region, including curated content, digital marketing, webinars, Cyera events, 3rd party event sponsorships, partner alignment events, direct mail, teleprospecting, etc
• Collaborate with sales to ensure optimization of pipeline coverage, acceleration and alignment across territories. Support territory planning and sales alignment within region
• Partner with business development team on outreach and lead follow up
• Educate and enable sales team on new and planned marketing activities
• Measure and analyze field marketing performance against target plan
• Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend
• Work with the regional channel team to develop co-marketing plans with partners and alliances
• Improve waterfall metrics, including reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return
• Develop and implement highly relevant messaging for single accounts and account clusters
• Events: manage all event logistics including onsite management of events, ensuring flawless execution and liaise with event venues on event schedules, rooms, AV, catering etc, assist in all event logistics
• Webinars: Work with campaigns to develop content specific to larger enterprise companies

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience delivering enterprise Field Marketing excellence
• Highly knowledgeable about demand generation and marketing best practices
• Results–oriented with a passion for performance measurement and analytics
• Experience delivering engagement programs that ensure incredibly successful customers who continue to renew and expand
• Proven success in executing programs and events that drive demand, deal acceleration, return, and deliver exceptional experience for our attendees
• Content creation experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts and marketing assets
• Experience developing regional and channel plans to support account-based marketing
• Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketing
• Bachelor's Degree with a Marketing or Business focus preferred, but not required
• Ability to clearly articulate a market-specific value proposition and tailor it to fit a variety of program requirements
• Strong understanding of content creation to target audiences with a tailored messaging
• Experience in segmentation analysis, budgeting and building business cases
• Understanding of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
• Excellent grasp of marketing performance metrics management to ensure optimal program performance and ROI
• How to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts, digital marketing) and delivery mechanisms (email, call downs, direct mail)
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other predictive analytics tools preferred
• Integrated marketing content creation and implementation experience
• Ability to understand the company and product pitch and execute it in the field
• Convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
• Write and deliver marketing-quality emails, presentations and collateral
• Exceptional event planning skills - including experience managing event contracts, BEO specifics, and creating experiences that set Cyera apart
• Recruitment planning for events and execution excellence
• Flexibility and “can-do” attitude
• Communication and influence – must be energetic and passionate with ability to expertly lead cross-functional teams to achieve regional marketing goals
• Ability to expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
