Cloud Product Sales Manager

Rubrik is a Security and AI Operations Company focused on data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. The Cloud Product Sales Manager will lead revenue generation for RubrikX, own product-line revenue targets, and drive go-to-market and key-account sales for the Salesforce Data Protection offering across North America.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales leadership and direction to Rubrik sales teams developing and positioning Rubrik's Salesforce Data Protection offering
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to customers and act as a Salesforce backup, recovery, and data security go-to-market expert when positioning Rubrik's cloud capabilities to key accounts
• Lead sales calls and executive conversations, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify market trends
• Qualify and manage sales opportunities regarding budget, decision-making process, competition, and timeline, driving deals to close
• Maintain a consistent cadence with product management to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer demand and market feedback
• Help develop marketing and sales collateral to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and market positioning
• Deliver sales enablement to Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales teams
• Cross-functionally drive adoption of Rubrik's Salesforce Data Protection offering throughout Rubrik and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

• Deep experience in Data Protection and SaaS security
• Experience leading revenue generation for product incubation teams
• Ability to own product line revenue targets
• Experience driving corporate go-to-market strategy
• Experience leading key account sales activities
• Ability to evangelize, position, and close deals
• Experience with enterprise and strategic customers throughout North America
• Sales leadership and direction to sales teams
• Act as a trusted business advisor to customers
• Expertise in Salesforce backup, recovery, and data security
• Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback
• Experience identifying market trends
• Ability to qualify and manage sales opportunities
• Experience driving deals to close
• Maintain consistent cadence with product management
• Help develop marketing and sales collateral
• Deliver sales enablement to sales teams
• Cross-functionally drive adoption of products
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Experience selling AI, Cloud, Security technologies focusing on observability and/or governance
• Driven and desirous of success, highly energetic, with a strong hands-on, 'can do' approach
• Fundamental business and market knowledge of backup and recovery, zero-trust security, ransomware resilience, and granular/record-level data recovery
• Experience within the Salesforce Core Platform sufficient to sell into technical buyers
• Entrepreneurial, willing to go the extra mile, resourceful, and possesses a 'get it done' attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple calls and executive meetings per day
• A high level of business acumen and experience working with C-suite personnel
