Lead Engineer, Legacy Software Baseline

TTC Global supports critical defense and government missions, including the Air Force C2SET program for operational training, scenario analysis, and decision support. The Lead Engineer will sustain, enhance, modernize, and integrate legacy C2SET/AFMSTT models, systems, and software while supporting transitions, documentation, federation integration, and operational training environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainment, enhancement, and operational integration for C2SET/AFMSTT legacy models, systems, and software artifacts
• Maintain, update, and transition legacy simulation, training, and stimulation systems, delivering critical changes, user priorities, and urgent fixes as needed
• Ensure continuity of legacy development and support, including transition handoff/support to modernization teams and documentation (GitLab, CR/DR, fielding, federation, etc.)
• Architect and guide legacy ASCCE and Federation integration support for interconnected M&S environments
• Ensure legacy operational sustainment of all operational training, simulation, and stimulation artifacts

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience developing and sustaining C2SET/AFMSTT or similar military M&S systems, including models, systems, and interfaces
• Experience with cloud-based services and/or RESTful architectures, as well as at least 2 years of military mission planning/operations and simulation training with AOCs
• Extensive experience coordinating urgent software changes, integrations, and support for legacy architectures
• Familiarity with transition engineering, artifact migration, and legacy documentation practices
