PROJECT MANAGER – WATER / WASTEWATER (PE LICENSED)

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead water and wastewater engineering projects across California and Arizona. The role oversees project delivery, client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, technical quality, stakeholder coordination, and business development while reporting project performance to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects from planning and design through to completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Act as the main point of contact for water sector clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams
• Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, agencies and other stakeholders
• Review technical deliverables to ensure they meet engineering standards and regulations
• Support business development, proposals and new client opportunities
• Report project progress and performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license, required
• Senior-level experience in the water / wastewater sector
• Current PE (Professional Engineer) license
• Established, current relationships with water sector clients (not just sector experience, but clients you can bring with you)
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or similar senior role in water / wastewater engineering
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills
