Sales Development Representative

Lenny Studios is a creative and digital marketing agency that works with clients across various sectors. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage in high-volume cold calling, convert leads into meetings, and enhance the sales infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Run high-volume cold call blocks daily using Trellus, our parallel dialer (up to 5 simultaneous lines)
• Call warm leads who reply to our email campaigns, same day or next day, and convert them into booked meetings
• Log every call outcome in HubSpot with clean notes and correct pipeline stages
• Help refine our sales infrastructure: HubSpot pipeline stages and properties, call scripts and talk tracks, lead routing, and dialer configuration
• Report weekly on objections, script performance, and list quality so we keep sharpening the approach

Requirements:

• Native or near-native spoken English with a confident, credible phone presence
• Experience with parallel dialers or high-volume outbound calling into the US market
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, physicians, and hospitality operators
• Experience improving sales systems: CRM setup, call scripts, lead routing
• Thick skin, consistent energy across hundreds of dials, no fear of live objections
• Working hours overlapping US time zones
• Self-managed and reliable working remotely
• Experience working for a digital marketing company
